Standard Construction Operation Guidelines for Three Types of Adhesives
The construction of epoxy AB glue, polyurethane AB glue and crystal glue requires standardized operation to ensure optimal performance. All three adhesives demand precise mixing of A and B components; incorrect proportions or uneven mixing will lead to incomplete curing and reduced performance.
Epoxy AB glue cures fast, so workers need to finish coating and bonding quickly after mixing. Polyurethane AB glue needs slight external pressure during bonding to enhance compactness. Crystal glue requires strict defoaming by standing or mild heating to eliminate bubbles and ensure transparent appearance. Meanwhile, all construction work should be carried out in dry, dust-free and well-ventilated environments to avoid curing defects.
